Abstract

While customer data are the main ingredients in each product of Truvo, data quality has always been a key success factor for Truvo in general. Moreover, it had a huge impact on business strategy and innovation plans of the company.

The presented case will illustrate how data quality and data enrichment initiatives in recent years could get enough focus amongst other sales & marketing projects, and which consequences it had for the company in various areas.

Biography Lucie Selleslags

Lucie started her career at Truvo Belgium in 1973. Since that time, she was working in different areas of Truvo. After 10 years working in the administration production department she has made the transfer to the KEY account department where she was responsible for the Quality of Long Listing Customers. With all her experience, in 2000 she became coach for all the back-office departments. She was also the point of contact between IT en Business and she was concerned in different Q projects. Two years ago, she became Database Manager. Together with her team of 20 persons, she is working daily at the Quality of the Truvo Database.
